Nine acres of upland and tidal marsh along the Quinnipiac River's eastern shore. Acquired 1986.

Location: west side of Quinnipiac Avenue between Route 80 and East Grand Avenue, immediately south of the railroad underpass.

16.8 acres of tidal wetlands and shrubby uplands bordering the Quinnipiac River's eastern shore. Acquired 1999.
